Frequently asked Q’s
How much is a deposit?
Flash and custom pieces are require a $100 deposit. For back pieces and sleeves, the deposit is $500. These deposits will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo and are non-refundable.
How do i Reserve a design?
Most of my flash tattoos are repeatable. Back tattoos and sleeves are custom or one off designs. Email or dm me to claim non-repeatable designs.
How much is a tattoo/what is my hourly rate?
I don’t charge an hourly rate. I charge per piece. This is so that I can spend more time on your tattoo if necessary and make sure that we are both proud of the result without having to be worried about charging extra time. The other reason for this is so that my clients are aware of the full tattoo price before going in for an appointment and can budget accordingly.
Tattoo prices vary depending on multiple factors such as colour or black and grey, size of body part, detail of tattoo, etc. If you are curious about the price of a piece, please send me a dm or an email to ask.
how should i prepare for my tattoo session?
It’s a good idea to have a meal before your tattoo session, especially if you’re prone to feeling lightheaded. Stay hydrated, and feel free to bring your own water, we also provide drinks at the studio. If you’re in for a longer session, a snack might come in handy, though I do have candy and granola bars available for clients! Be sure to come well-rested and wear loose, comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the area being tattooed. Please avoid alcohol and any medication that thins the blood (including pain relievers like Advil or Tylenol) for at least 24 hours before your tattoo session.
can i bring a friend to my tattoo appointment?
Yes! We have a comfy couch for them to hangout and it’s always a good vibe in the studio. We love meeting others and having people in the studio.
how long will it take for my tattoo to heal?
Everyone heals at their own pace, but generally speaking, your tattoo will appear fully healed after about 2-3 weeks. Complete healing of the deeper skin layers can take around 4 months.
my tattoo is itchy and peeling, is this normal?
Yes, this is completely normal during the healing process. It’s very important not to pick at or disturb your tattoo during this time. Scabs will naturally fall off when they're ready. Try to minimize any friction from clothing rubbing against your tattoo. Picking at scabs prematurely can cause ink to be lost and affect the healing process. This can cause pigment to fall out and require a touch up or result in permanent scaring.
how often should i apply cream to my healing tattoo?
After washing your tattoo, apply a light layer of lotion or ointment 2–3 times a day. Be sure to use just a thin layer—applying too much can draw out ink and hinder the healing process. Your tattoo needs to breathe, so avoid over-applying or smothering it with thick layers.
Recommended products include Hustle Butter, Tattoo Goo, and Aveeno fragrance free.
can i submerge my new tattoo in water?
Keep your new tattoo dry and avoid submerging it in water for the first 2 weeks. Immersing your tattoo can interfere with the healing process and increase the risk of infection. It's also a good idea to minimize direct exposure to the shower stream to protect your tattoo during this time.
what can i do to help my tattoo heal better?
Following the aftercare guidelines is a great start, but it’s important to remember that a tattoo is essentially an open wound caused by the trauma of the tattoo needle. Like any injury, it will heal best when your body is given the proper rest and resources to recover.
If you're feeling unwell or dealing with a medical condition, your immune system will be focused on other issues, which may slow down the healing process of your tattoo. The better you take care of your overall health, the more efficiently your tattoo will heal.
will i need a touch up?
Hopefully not but sometimes you may. I do free touch ups within 6 months of getting your tattoo.

do you do cover ups?

do you like potatoes?
